丙交酯是一种有机化合物,分子式为C6H8O4。为无色透明片状或针状晶体,熔点93-95℃,沸点216℃,分子量144,易溶于氯仿,乙醇,不溶于水。易水解,易聚合,应低温保存。与水共沸时,水解成α-羟基丙酸(乳酸) 。
(3S)-顺式-3,6-二甲基-1,4-二恶烷-2,5-二酮可用于合成光学活性的含三吡啶的聚(L-丙交酯)、多分散乳酸低聚物、双环和三环丙交酯衍生物。 用于合成可生物降解的共聚物。
Lactide is an organic compound with the molecular formula C6H8O4. It is colorless, transparent, flaky or acicular crystal, melting point 93-95 ℃, boiling point 216 ℃, molecular weight 144, easily soluble in chloroform, ethanol and insoluble in water. It is easy to hydrolyze and polymerize and should be stored at low temperature. When it is azeotropic with water, it is hydrolyzed to α- Hydroxypropionic acid (lactic acid).
(3S) - cis-3,6-dimethyl-1,4-dioxane-2,5-dione can be used to synthesize optically active poly (L-lactide) containing tripyridine, polydisperse lactic acid oligomers, bicyclic and tricyclic lactide derivatives. It is used to synthesize biodegradable copolymers.
